Symplocos Solutions – Return & Refund Policy


1. Voucher Cancellations

  • You may cancel any purchased coupon or voucher package anytime before redemption and before the voucher expiry date.

  • Non-cancellable vouchers, which are explicitly marked as such, cannot be cancelled or refunded.


2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation of a valid voucher.

  • The full purchase amount (excluding any wallet or payment gateway fees, if applicable) is refunded to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


3. Redemption Errors & Disputes

  • If you face an error during voucher redemption or believe a voucher was wrongly marked as used, please contact our support team within 3 days of the redemption attempt.

  • After verification, if the claim is valid, we will issue a replacement voucher or credit the amount back.


4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment statement.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
