You can cancel your order before the cut-off time by contacting customer service. Payments will be credited to your wallet.
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be canceled at Symplocos Solutions discretion. Offenders may be blacklisted.

9. Returns & Refunds

We offer a “No Questions Asked” return policy at the time of delivery.
Returned items will be credited to your account as store credit.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

10. Customer Responsibilities

You agree and confirm:

To bear costs for redelivery if a mistake in delivery information was provided by you.
